How Incólume uses your information, including conversations with Brandü, and the choices you have.
Who is responsible

Information you share
When you contact us, you may share your name, company, email, phone number and preferred contact method, along with project details such as objectives, dates, services or budget. Job applications may include a letter, CV, portfolio, experience and contact details.
Brandü processes your messages, its responses and the information you provide. In voice mode, microphone audio is processed to understand you and respond. Technical information, including IP address, browser and connection events, helps us operate and protect the service.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Avoid sharing private health, biometric or financial information, passwords, identity documents or someone else’s data without permission. Microphone access requires your consent, and you can stop the conversation.
How we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, understand projects, prepare and follow up on proposals, contact you through your chosen channel and handle job applications. Brandü uses the conversation to generate responses and prepare your enquiry. Technical data helps prevent abuse and resolve errors.
Contacting us does not subscribe you to advertising. Any separate promotional purpose must be explained and have the required consent. Brandü is optional: you can write directly to the agency.
Brandü and our providers
Brandü uses ElevenLabs for conversations, with OpenAI models provided through that service. Framer hosts the website and processes forms. Cloudflare manages session connections and protection against abuse. Providers may use subprocessors and process data outside Mexico.
The agent is configured not to save voice recordings and to retain conversation history for seven days, after which transcripts and personal data are deleted. Audio is still transmitted and processed during the session. This is not zero retention: technical logs or backups may be subject to the provider’s policies and legal obligations.
Processing begins when you talk to Brandü. Final review controls what is sent to the agency; it does not prevent the AI from processing the conversation beforehand.
Storage and retention
Your browser stores appearance, motion, language and voice preferences. Brandü may also save text, notes and drafts on this device, without audio. It stops retrieving a draft seven days after its last update. You can remove it by clearing the website’s data in your browser.
Emails, sent enquiries and job applications are stored separately from the Brandü conversation. Clearing your browser does not erase information already sent. Deletion may be subject to legally required retention or blocking periods.
Who can access your data
The team handling your request and the providers needed to operate the website may access data according to their roles. We do not sell your data. Disclosure to third parties for their own purposes must be explained and supported by the appropriate consent or legal basis.
Enquiries and applications reach the team through the agency’s contact channels. Before sharing confidential information, agree on a suitable channel with a member of the team.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights). You can also withdraw consent or limit how your data is used or disclosed.
Email prologo@incolume.mx with “Privacy” in the subject line. Include your name, a reply channel, the right you wish to exercise and details that help us locate your data. For a correction, describe the change and its supporting information.
We will explain how to verify your identity or authority to act for someone else. We will communicate our decision within twenty days and, where applicable, carry it out within the following fifteen days, with any justified extensions allowed by law.
Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing or legal retention obligations.
Updates to this policy
We will post updates here, with their revision date. If a change requires new consent, we will request it before applying the change. Email prologo@incolume.mx if you have questions about your data or Brandü.
