Cookie policy

How we use cookies and browser storage, the tools involved and the choices available to you.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small files that a website can store in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, can remember settings or information between visits.

This policy covers incolume.mx and complements our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal information and enquiries.

Site features and preferences

The site can remember your language, appearance, motion and voice choices. Brandü may also keep a conversation draft on your device so that you can return to it. These features use browser storage as well as, where applicable, cookies.

Clearing site data can remove your saved settings and drafts. Information you have already sent to Incólume is handled separately, as described in our privacy policy.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, navigation and interactions with the site. These measurements help us evaluate our content and improve the experience.

Google Analytics can use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visitors and keep session information. Google documents a default lifetime of two years; your browser or the service configuration may apply a different period.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people navigate and interact with the interface, including heatmaps and session replays. A session replay represents interactions on the page; it is separate from a Brandü voice conversation.

Clarity can use _clck to recognise a browser on this site and _clsk to connect page views within a session. Microsoft also documents third-party identifiers associated with its services. Which cookies are available depends on consent, browser restrictions and the service configuration.

External services

Brandü, forms and other optional features may connect to service providers when you use them. The privacy policy explains the information processed in those interactions and the providers involved.

Following a link to Instagram, LinkedIn or another external site takes you to that service, where its own privacy and cookie policies apply. Contacting Incólume does not subscribe you to advertising.

Managing your choice

The cookie notice offers a choice to accept or reject optional cookies. You can also review, block or delete cookies and other site data in your browser’s privacy settings.

Deleting site data can reset the notice and remove saved preferences or drafts. Blocking storage may affect some features. A change to your choice does not undo information already processed before that change.

Duration and provider information

Some browser storage lasts only for a session; other data can remain until it expires or you remove it. Service settings, repeat visits and browser limits can affect cookie lifetimes.

Google and Microsoft maintain current information about their cookies and privacy practices. Their documentation should be read alongside this policy, especially when reviewing the identifiers or retention periods used by their services.

Updates and contact

We will update this page when the technologies we use or their purposes change. The revision date appears below.
