Making a familiar offer easier to navigate.
Haus had accumulated categories and sub-brands that complicated its management. Interviews with current and potential customers showed that the main name was remembered, while the extra category communication added little value. We reviewed the products, competitors and shopping habits to understand where the structure could become clearer.
The recommendation was to simplify the architecture and keep the Haus name intact. Kids & Teens and Holidays remained as relevant distinctions, reflecting different customer needs and the importance of seasonal products. The wider product direction shifted towards a more current home offer.

A shared structure for the range.
We developed packaging architecture that works across categories, removing the need for separate sub-brands. A common structure makes the range easier to manage and gives customers a more consistent presentation of individual products.
Textures and colour palettes distinguish the main range, Kids & Teens and Holidays. The variation helps customers recognise the relevant offer while preserving the familiarity of Haus, bringing the category differences back into one coherent identity.
